This particular cruise featured lectures in oceanography and marine conservation conducted in French, but lectures on other topics were also offered in English.While the officers and most passengers spoke French as their first language, the captain and crew as well as many passengers could also speak English.Read More

Not as Bad as Previous Reviews had Suggested!

Embarkation was unusual with a crew member taking the passengers photograph with something like a cell phone.They also appeared the least happy of any of the all crew members.Read More

Was looking forward to this cruise, but extremely disappointed, being disabled cabin was not suitable had to step up into the shower and when I did manage to get in with the help of my husband for 3 days I had to sit on the toilet to wash myself down until a stool was provided for me!!!Also the disabled toilet's were not suitable most of them you had to negotiate about 3 doors to get to the toilet which again my husband had come with me into the toilet and stay with me!!!Read More

My first vacation

I'm 51years old and I have never been on a vacation before this was my very first time on a ship my wife also this experience was the best I have ever had the food was great The staff are well trained I never knew what it is to take a vacation cruise my only complaint is that it was too short (I will be back ) for a second time this time I will come with my whole family all 11 of us embarkation was fast and easy The entertainment is great .I didn't choose this ship I accidentally ended up being there and it's the best my friend bought the tickets and decided not to go so he gave them to me and my wife as year end gift.Read More
