My wife has Al's a dying. Choose this cruise because we have never seen Hawaii and Alaska. We are not rookies with NCL, we are diamond member with over 500 sea days with them.
It's sad to see all the cuts they made.
Your room. They now come once a day, not turning the cabin at night.
When boarding 2.30 to 3 pm to get in the cabin.
Little folded animals or chocolates on your pillow. ...
We wewre kept waiting in a line in hot sun for two hours to enter the boarding area. There aws only one washroom for 2000 people standing. Once we got past all the internal lines , i was exhausted and dizzy as i had low blood sugar bbeing a dibetic. On arriving at the only open restaurant on deck 16 i was told to line up again in a long long line. I asked for something to eat while i waited as io ...
I want to start this review off by saying that we were incredibly happy with the service onboard. The crew always stopped to talk or say hi, and always made guests feel comfortable. Personally, my favorite part was our room Steward Iris. She was so kind and made sure to take care of us through the entire time of our vacation. She always stopped to talk or answer a question. The shows and ...
Boarding wasn't as easy as in the past, we got to the counter quickly but the person there was very confused. This annoyed the guys as they don't have my patience. She was obviously new as she did all our information multiple times, but was in the wrong screen each time, frustrating yes but she was trying very hard to get us on board.
We planned this trip since 2019 but covid hit and it was ...
I love my Starbucks lattes and was excited my husband bought me the unlimited package for $109 for a week.
Problem is most times I went to get a drink there was a line that took an hour to get through.
I ended up having 6 drinks in 7 days. Not the end of the world, but it would have been better to simply pay when I wanted one and save a good $50.
The Starbucks drink package is ...
We chose this cruise for my adult son. We haven't been on NCL since a disastrous cruise in 2008.
Embarkation was smooth. We were on the ship quickly. Headed to Summer Palace and had a very nice lunch while waiting for cabins to be open.
We were in cabin 101**, a handicapped accessible inside that was very nice. Our cabin steward was Jonathan. I thought I would like the once a day service ...
We are currently on-board on Day 7 of 9. We chose this cruise based on the length of the cruise and the itinerary. We cruised many times before on various other lines, but this was our first NCL. We wanted to give it a try but sadly we were highly disappointed. Embarkation was pretty quick and simple … no complaints there. The ship was pretty crowded on sea days with long lines at the buffet ...
For the most part, this was a great cruise.
The itinerary was wonderful.
Here are some observations.
We parked in the terminal and I was afraid there wouldn’t be any parking available because we were departing on a Monday, but there was plenty.
Embarkation was great and not a problem. I did get flagged for bringing on wine as expected. I told the guy manning the check-in table that I ...
This was my second cruise on the epic and it was such a great time! The food was great especially from taste the restaurant. The crew members were so nice and helpful. The bartenders were always accommodating. And the entertainment was perfect! The Chocolatin Band was absolutely the party starters on the cruise. Went to every single of of their shows because they were that amazing! The talent in ...
Miami Port is atrocious. We came in day before and stayed at hotel in South Beach. When we left for the dock the app said 40min - it took 100min because of all the construction, lane closures, and the six other boats docked. So find your patience early. Which is helpful because this boat had over 500 more people on it than the stated website maximum. On the first and last day the boat felt like it ...
