Nice hotel for one night and toured the San Pedro Marine Museum which explores the history of the area - fishing and a large Japanese-American community on the island that is now the container port. Walked the marina. ...
We had a late-night plane, so we spent the day doing a tour of Rodeo Drive and Hollywood. It was starting to rain by the end, which made Rodeo Drive a bit of a drag, but our informative tour guide made it an excellent experience. ...
Port stay was from 8-5pm. Booked an excursion to Venice Beach, Canals and Santa Monica pier. (8:30-1:30) left at 9am arrived back at 1:05pm cutting an hour from our time in Santa Monica and Venice Beach. Tour guide was only chatting to front of bus. Answered questions but us in back not told what the question was. Constantly telling driver where to go or looking up things on his phone. Rude when ...
After I disembarked I did a City tour of LA through Sunseeker Tours because they offered an 8hr tour of LA and picked up at the cruise terminal and dropped off at the airport. They were super professional and lovely and picked me up at the terminal with my luggage. We traveled across LA (around 130 miles overall) and visited Griffith Park, Walk of Fame, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Venice Beach, ...

That was not the case in Los Angeles. ...
Lots to see but everything is so spread out and traffic is so heavy, you can really only do two things in a day. The Getty Center is quite nice and the Griffith Observatory has great views and a nice museum too. ...
Beachfronts and Beverly Hills was a wonderful tour. It was fun to wander around on Rodeo Drive and the Santa Monica Pier. I enjoyed this tour very much. ...
DISEMBARKATION Los Angeles (San Pedro): Princess’s disembarkation process is similar to most other cruise lines, (instructions and luggage tags issued the night before with Luggage in the hall by 9). The main difference is that there were smaller groups of guests in the customs hall so we were able to find our luggage in under a minute. The Customs & Immigration officers in LA were very quick ...
Had an evening flight out, so we took a Princess excursion to Venice Beach and Santa Monica to kill the day. Had a GREAT driver and tour guide! Very interesting tidbits of California history. ...
